Conviently located in the food court at Whalers Village at Ka’anapali. Stop in when you need a break from your shopping.

Nikki’s Pizza previously known as Pizza Paradiso established in 1995 decided to renovate the restaurant in order to provide the best quality of service to its new and loyal customers. Ardie Zamani, the proud owner, is so full of love when it comes to his food. When I sat with him to learn more of the rich history of Nikki’s Pizza, and asked, “What makes you stand out from other Pizza parlors or makes you different?” He said with pride, “All of our ingredients are fresh and what you would find in your own kitchen.” Many items were first created and enjoyed in his family kitchen and are now available to share with you at Nikki’s Pizza.

Ardie stated “It took 15 years to bring this all together. The menu will continue to grow as new trends are discovered. Our customers deserve more credit and deserve to have a new fresh menu that keeps them entertained and not subject to the same old options.”

I was so impressed to see the true sense of Aloha offered to all while at Nikki’s Pizza. Each customer was genuinely welcomed with a kind smile and often with a handshake and quick talk story.

Nikki’s Pizza has a loyal staff some of which have been with him for over 15 years. You can see the joy in each of the employees as they make the place bustle with animation. Fernando is a kind gentleman at the counter, with a bright smile ready to take your order and serve you. He has been with Nikki’s Pizza for 12 years and still loving it!

From open to close Nikki’s is lively and buzzing with activity. During lunch watching the food court and the bustling of people, I noticed that Nikki’s was primarily the only restaurant that had the most customers and a line waiting for good food, and they all did it with a smile. During my interview with Ardie a happy customer came to hug and warmly greet him, and said “we are so glad you are open again.”

Alan with AH Builders a local contractor who worked on Nikki’s Pizza renovation was enjoying a lunch break at his favorite pizza parlor. I overheard him sharing a story with Ardie about his electrician that peaked my curiosity. I asked Alan for a quote and he was more than happy to oblige. He shared that their contracting company did the renovation. And he was so impressed that 3 days prior to opening Ardie and his staff came in to make 3 huge pizzas for the crew as a warm thank you. Ardie’s act of kindness and generosity is just one of many. Alan and his crew frequently work in the area and always come to Nikki’s to enjoy the variety in food and to take a moment to talk story. Alan also shared that his electrician always comes back to the site with a goofy smile on his face after tacking his lunch break. Alan joked “oh you must have been at Nikki’s Pizza again.” It must be the food but I think that it is the love that is baked in.

Patti Niemeyer another happy guest. “I am so happy Nikki’s has opened again, I was lost without them. I have been a faithful customer.” Her favorite item on the menu is the Grilled Island Maui wrap. To her the ingredients are fresh and have a snappy flavor. The California burger with avocado she claims is one of the best burgers in Whalers Village. “All of their Italian is great I have never had a bad Italian dish at Nikki’s.”

Nikki’s Pizza continues year after year to greet and extend their hospitality to both newcomers and their loyal locals and visitors. It’s a family operated and owned business providing Aloha to all. They would like to welcome you and the whole family to enjoy the new menu and experience the face lift of Nikki’s Pizza.

You will find many family favorites with so many choices that everyone will leave with a smile. The Menu is a multi-cultural experience of Italian, Greek, and Island fish and fare, sure to please any palette. All food is made to order so it arrives fresh, and may be customized to your liking with no additional charge. As customer satisfaction is Ardie’s primary goal. His passion and commitment to good food and service keeps people coming back time and time again.

Nikki’s Pizza serves continuously, dine-in or take-out, from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Open daily from 10 am to 9pm. Serving an endless array of pastas, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, Island fish, grilled meats and fresh baked breads. Using 100% Pure Olive oil, homemade sauces, whole milk, real cheese and fresh herbs.

Writer’s choice: I really love the Greek salad. The portion is generous and the ingredients are fresh especially the feta cheese. But if you’re feeling pasta you have got to try the Chicken Ana Maria. It reminds me of the years I lived in Sicily and going to the neighborhood restaurant and having a home cooked meal away from home. With the creamy marinara sauce, artichokes, tomatoes and mushrooms it was just right. And for us garlic lovers, I really recommend the Herb and Roasted Garlic. The extra large bulb was drizzled with a balsamic reduction with herbs, accompanied with fresh Italian cheese bread. So Ono.
