Pint Night for the Birds on October 4th

The Maui Forest Bird Recovery Project (MFBRP) is a research organization whose mission is to develop and implement techniques that recover Maui’s endangered birds. Their main research is centered on the rare and endangered Maui Parrotbill, or Kiwikiu. .

The Maui Brewing Company is a local brewery that has a strong commitment to the local economy and a deep concern for the environment. They locally produce and can their flavorful award winning brews. They believe in sustainability; thus they host these benefit nights.

On benefit nights, half of the night’s pint sales will go to Maui’s native forest birds. The event begins at 6pm and goes until 10:30pm. You can catch two more events this year on Fridays, October 4th and December 27th, 2013.
